Please cook the rice by using rice cooker. then please mix special seasoned vinegar with rice quickly. after you mixed the vinegar, you also need to fan it (we recommend to use paper fan) until 40 degrees celsius. . ![]() please make sure DO NOT PUT IT IN REFRIGERATOR. |
