Egg 600cc(The contents of an egg)

Syrup mixed with an egg.


Japanese soup stock(Donito seco&Sea tangle) 120cc
Sugar 64g
Salt 3g
Soy sauce 2cc
Sake 60cc ------ ( Please boil it before mix it)

Special seasoned vinegar for sushi.

How to make sushi rice (vinegar seasoned rice)

Rice 1.65kg or 2L( Raw ,Not boil)


Vinegar mixed with the boiled rice
Rice vinegar 222cc
Sugar 79g
Salt 44.5g
Please cook the rice by using rice cooker.  

then please mix special seasoned vinegar with rice quickly.

after you mixed the vinegar, you also need to fan it (we recommend to
 
use paper fan)  until 40 degrees celsius.

please make sure DO NOT PUT IT IN REFRIGERATOR.
